Tara Gleason and Anne Grant have been working with TAB Products of the Upstate to select new shelving for our main collection, oversized books and a small addition to our manipulatives room. The new shelving will address safety issues with our current facilities and provide room for our collections to continue to grow! The installation of our new shelving is tentatively scheduled for the first week of February and should take no more than a few days to complete. The TMC will remain open during the installation, but please excuse our mess. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Provost Helms, Anna Baldwin, Michelle Marchesse, Clemson Libraries and Tim Henebry with TAB Products for their contributions to this project!

UPDATE: The first phase of our shelving project began Tuesday, January 29, 2013 with the arrival of carts for temporary book storage and with our staff beginning to pack up our discarded items. Our discarded items will be out of the way by the end of the day Monday, February 4th & installation of our new shelving is scheduled to begin Tuesday, February 5th. We are hoping to have the entire project and cleanup completed on Monday, February 11th, so wish us luck!!!
